Introducing Silver Needles Cone Winders

If you are a weaver, sock, or machine knitter, yarn dyer, spinner, or fiber artist in general, this is an amazing tool and one customer called it revolutionary! The SN200 winder is custom built with custom parts and major parts come from the USA and all assembly is done in Colorado. Supply chain issues through the pandemic caused tremendous delays as well discontinuation of some critical part.
Wind yarn from a skein or ball quickly onto a cone. The coned yarn then feeds so smoothly into your loom, sock, or knitting machine. We stock the SN200 model for 7" plastic open topped cones. Cones are also available for the pointed top SN100.
It's important to use the right size cones so two cones are provided with the SN200 to get you started immediately. More are available in bundles listed below. The plastic cones are virtually indestructible and almost infinitely reusable.
We also repair older winders if possible - we like to keep our winders winding! Send an email to me to discuss the problem and for shipping instructions.

History: Many have wondered what happened the past few years. Handcrafting of the winders passed from designer, (Dad), Aden, to Daughter and Husband, Barb and Scott. Barb passed away unexpectedly in 2017. PacaKnits is now the sole manufacturer and distributor of these great products and we're delighted with orders as we continue the manufacturing process! I guess my seven years in the USAF maintaining mechanical and electronic parts of computer mainframes has long lasting benefits! Margit
